hey im back guys with another blog today . My blog today will be on the seattle seahaws and how star Running back Marshawn  lynch helped them pick up a recruit. The recruits name is Fred Jackson a kick returner and a former teamate of Marshawn  Lynch. HE hot released from The buffalo Bills and and called Marshan to see if there was an opening at the Seattle Seahawks. SO there was And He was the new recruit.
